RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Time Frame
After the item is delivered to you, you have 48 hours to request for a return. After 2 (two) days have passed since the delivery date, return requests are not accepted.
Return or Replacement Eligibility
1. If your delivery is defective, a manufacturing defect (e.g., unbalanced wooden joints opening) prevents the product from being used as intended. Natural material qualities like look or texture (particularly for solid wood goods) are not faults.
2. If the item you receive differs (in size, shape, or colour) from the image displayed on our website.
3. Items containing batteries or necessitating electrical sources (appliances, clocks, lights, and bulbs) could be rendered inoperable upon delivery. Please note that we will only provide replacements.
Non-Eligibility
1. Claims must be made at the time of delivery for any damaged or incomplete products delivered or missing components. Once delivery is completed, we will no longer be able to process return requests.
2. Wall mounting installation services are not provided by Classcomfort; therefore, return requests based on the customer's inability to wall-mount the product will not be honoured.
3. After an item has been delivered to you in pristine condition, please note that Classcomfort is not responsible for any damage to the product caused by subsequent disassembly for relocation, reassembly, etc.
Refund
1. After examining the returned item, we will let you know the status of your refund.
2. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a credit to the original payment method used.
3. The refund will be processed within 5-7 days.
4. The same payment method used to place the order will be refunded.
