1. Furniture items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.

2. All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact.

3. Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

4. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support.

5. Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted for return.
 

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Procedure and Timeline

1. Returned furniture is inspected to confirm it meets return criteria.

2. You will receive notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

3. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is successfully processed.

Partial Refunds

Items that partially meet return standards, such as minor damage or missing packaging, may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.
