Cancellation Policy

            At Classcomfort, owned and managed by Retrics Web Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to delivering a smooth and convenient shopping process. In this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Retrics Web Solutions Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. We understand that circumstances may change, and cancellations of furniture orders may occasionally be necessary. The guidelines below explain how such requests are handled.

            Cancellation Prior to Dispatch

            • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed or before shipment, whichever happens first.
            • Cancellation requests must be sent via email to our customer support team.
            • Once the request is approved, the entire order value will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

            Orders Already Dispatched

            Orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have been shipped. After delivery, products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

            Changes or Modifications to Orders

            Alterations to selected furniture items or delivery address details are not allowed after an order has been confirmed. To make any adjustments, the current order must first be cancelled (if it qualifies), and a fresh order must then be placed.
